This agreement summarizes the sale and delivery conditions for products and services ordered through Vialess platforms.

Product characteristics, prices, payment method, delivery conditions, and cancellation or withdrawal details are shown during the order process.

The order becomes effective when the buyer confirms the order and completes the required payment steps.

Digital services, subscriptions, NFC cards, or custom card production may have different fulfillment flows depending on the selected product.

Withdrawal and return rights are evaluated under applicable consumer law and the nature of the purchased product.

Customized NFC cards or personalized products may be excluded from standard withdrawal rights once production has started.
